Report Card
Get fit is a great way to challenge yourself! That it why I joined it. If i would reflect on my how I am doing with Get fit, I would give myself a B. Why a B? I question this myself. I wouldn't like to give myself an A yet but I feel like I do work my very best! I do work independently if my peers are bringing me down but instead I guide them to working hard ! As well as my work habits I would give myself a G! I think from the past few weeks, I really pushed my self like never before. I tried to new things like going to Taekwondo, the fencing, and also the other activities! Oh! I can never forget the experiences with the Japanese students! The game was new to me and the students! I would not regret one thing! I like trying new things and Get Fit is perfect for challenging yourself. And I made the right choice to join Get fit! (:
Weekend Reflection p.2 ~!
FENCING! THINKING ABOUT FENCING GETS MY HYPED UP. I was so excited when I heard that we were doing fencing! This activity was new for me. I learnt many techniques and gestures about fencing! There was a lot to learn about fencing! I learnt different foot movements, how you would hold the foil and kicking peoples butt! Especially Telissas~ (: But I got to admit that my thighs was sore from all those lunges. I really like how we got fight with our peers, how we would gather all the information about information and fight! I also like trying the gear! The gear was interesting. I wouldnt change a thing but if i would, probably how the amount of days we had for fencing. But im grateful to even have this amazing teacher to teach us! Oh my, I was going full out when I was versing with my peers. Fencing was a really great experience to me! I wish it didnt end so quickly!

Weekend Reflection~
Ohh myy, this week has been so intense. I had to really push my self. Last week for fitness, we had to do the extended beep test and oh boy was that something. Although I had a bad outcome from the beep test ,I have never felt so accomplish after. I never felt so proud of myself that I did not give up and continued trying. I pushed and pushed till the very end and i've never been so proud. That was a great challenge not only for me but I think for everyone. Although it was exhausting, after the beep test, ive never felt so much energy in myself. I would definatley do that again, just to challenge myself.

FITNESS WEEEEEK~
This and last week was incredible! It was so much fun going to the Panorama Dance School to learn a choreo from a teacher for two days. It was refreshing to learn something else other than Hip-hop which im use to! This week we had a day where we went to the small gym and done zumba! Again, it was SUPER-DUPER FUN! The different kinds of dances/zumba there got me all sweaty! I wasn't thinking of sweating so much from that zumba, but I did. I wish we can have this opportunity again ! (:

Get Fit Intro
I have picked Get Fit instead of the regular physical education because I thought it would be more fun because we have a chill teacher and we get to go to many field trips! Also I picked Get Fit because of the Grouse Grind. I heard from many people that you can do the Grouse Grind with superfit or getfit. Also, its all girls ! What I want to have improve after get fit is my well, fitness. I want to run longer or faster, being able to pace myself.

Final blog post
This year I achieved on most of my goals. The goals I have achieved was reaching a 9.6 on a beep test. I also participated on the fitness days , like not stopping on community runs because I learned how to pace myself. I also learned how to be independent , leaving my friends when they dont want to run or even try. Everyday , I came prepared for the activities that we were going to do. I always had a positive attitude ! I helped those who needed motivation to keep going and not give up. I had A LOT of fun this year. I think this class prepared me for next year of joing Get Fit ~ ! I hope I get Ms.Philipps next year , AWESOME TEACHER ~. For me , I think I deserve an A :)

Current/Last beep test
Honestly , this beep test i wasn't very proud of. I did not beat my highest score before which was a 9.6 but this current beep test i had stopped at 9. I know i could've done way better but i tried but i couldnt take it . I wish i could do it again and go hard.
FITNESS ALL WEEK !
Fitness for me started last week which was VERY sweaty. But the most sweaty day i participated was in Friday . I participated in the E.N.T.I workshop. It was so gross and sweaty that Mrs.Law had to use 4 bottles of Lysol and Febreze. i attended 5 class which were very exhausting that ended at 7:30 pm . IT WAS SO INTENSE. Also in dance , I've been doing comtemp, lyrical and jazz which helped me get improve my flexibility and and doing different techniques and from that , i learning to be comfortable wit lyrical , contempt , something different other than hip-hop. Furthermore , in dance , I had taught a hip-hop , pop-ish dance . My friend Eiram and I had taught K-pop , which was the first class someone ever taught K-pop. It was very fun~ Very sweaty after.

DURING AND AFTER SPRING BREAK
During my spring break , i got to admit was lazy. BUT i did some physical things . Like going to dance workshops. Right after being back from spring break , was being back to sweaty dance practices before and after school, preparing for our trip to Kelowna. Which we came home with.. 1ST PLACE. WOOHOO! But we are currently preparing for Breakout so that equals to more HARDCORE practices.
This week , we had an opportunity to play hockey with the girls, we all had fun and tried our best . I liked how it was girls vs girls. I wish we had more of those . Also , this friday we did yoga. Although i thought yoga was relaxing , this , this was not . It was intense. My thighs hurt. But i like that idea of doing this kind of yoga in some fitness days because it really works up a sweat.
I think im improving my fitness , like how I react to it and how I do it , comparing to last year and the beginning of the year. Especially of all the hard work i've done at practices , it absolutley changed my fitness. Also , i have been eating a lot healthier . Knowing that i have to be fit , for dance and p.e.
Outside of school , i practice 2 days per week, but it changes if there is a competition coming up. But after practices , i stay or go to my house and practice and practice to improve myself. It looks like 2 days seems easy but if there is a chance to watch dance practices , in some occasions , it will be harder than fitness days.
I think i deserve a B. Listening of what Ms.Phillips said about if anyone not working hard , i listen. But i do not move , instead I motivate . I motivate them to try harder , if not , then i move . Physical Education Interm Report - March 6
I think i am doing alright. I bring my P.E strip everyday. I'm having fun and trying my best. Oftenly, I dont do my best . I'm also tired from my outside activities. But , even im tired , I still put a smile on my face and have a positive attitude. :) I also have to improve my skills on fitness days. On fitness days , the first 15 minutes or 20 , i go hard. But i'll stop and have a break but i'll never be focused as i was before. So , i have to control on balancing how hard i can go so i cant have those breaks in the middle of the fitness.

I have shown that I was prepared by bringing my proper clothes for p.e. I try to bring a positive attitude towards whatever we're doing on that day. Usually i am tired from outside of p.e and and it can be hard for me to bring energy and a positive attitude. But on some days , i don't really participate in games sometimes. i try my best on some days but if I'm not , I don't try when the people around me are not trying too. im not motivated to try. When doing the community run , i struggle because i havent trying my best to go up the hill and just talking to my friends sometimes. The way i interact with my friends is positive . Always trying to hype them up ! On fitness days , I like the course that goes around the school , loco motion , beep test and hill runs . What leadership means to me is actually participating in activities , being close to teachers and friends and able to help those friends when struggling. My goal to make by the end of the year is being able to not stop and keep on my own pace on community runs .
